Terms & Refund Policy

Donations

• Donations are voluntary contributions to support the team and are processed securely through Stripe.
• Because contributions are put to use quickly, donations are generally non-refundable. If you donated by mistake or were charged in error, email us within 30 days and we’ll make it right.
• Donations are not tax-deductible unless we provide you a receipt that specifically states otherwise.

Shop Orders

• Merchandise is made to order and shipped by our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Production and delivery times vary and are shown at checkout.
• Because items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse.
• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 30 days with a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Acceptable Use

Please don’t misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

No Warranty / Limitation of Liability

The site and merchandise are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or purchase of merchandise. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
